Interagency Meeting
Each month, local service providers come together for a collaborative meeting focused on strengthening connections and enhancing support for our community. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity for providers to learn about one another’s programs, share updates, and stay informed about new and changing services.
By participating in these regular gatherings, providers build relationships that foster trust and collaboration. In addition to sharing resources, these meetings offer a space to discuss emerging community needs and challenges. Providers work together to identify gaps in services and collaborate on creative solutions that make a real difference. It’s a time for open conversation, problem-solving, and supporting one another in the shared mission of serving our community.
Whether it’s learning about new programs, offering insight on community trends, or developing partnerships, these monthly meetings are an essential part of building a more connected and compassionate service network.
Together, we’re not just offering services—we’re building a connected, responsive, and caring system of support for the people in our community.

Codington Connects Location - A One Stop Community Hub
A collaborative group of local social service providers is working together to create a One Stop Community Hub—a shared space where multiple organizations can offer their services under one roof. This innovative approach is designed to make accessing support easier, faster, and more convenient for those in need.
By bringing a variety of essential services together in one centralized location, we aim to reduce the time, stress, and transportation barriers often faced by individuals and families seeking support. Whether someone needs housing assistance, mental health services, job training, healthcare, or food security resources, they’ll be able to find help all in one welcoming place.
But the benefits go beyond convenience. This shared space will foster stronger partnerships and collaboration between service providers. Working side-by-side, organizations can better coordinate care, ensuring each person is treated holistically—recognized and supported as a whole person, not just by a single need or service. By reducing duplication and improving communication, we can deliver more effective and comprehensive support.
The One Stop Community Hub is about strengthening our community by making services more accessible and connected. Together, we are building a place where dignity, respect, and empowerment are at the heart of helping individuals and families thrive.
