In "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem," the four turtle brothers, Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael, raised in the sewers by their rat father Splinter, attempt to integrate into the human world by befriending April O'Neil, but soon face off against a mysterious crime syndicate and a horde of mutants unleashed by a villain named Superfly, forcing them to embrace their mutant identities and fight for acceptance in New York City
