At Codington Connects, we take pride in highlighting the dedicated professionals who make a difference in our community. This month, we are excited to feature Megan Fischbach, a Behavioral Health Social Worker at the Boys and Girls Club of Watertown.
Megan's role as a Behavioral Health Social Worker allows her to work hands-on with children and families, providing crucial support and resources to those facing various challenges. When asked what she loves most about her job, Megan shared, "I enjoy being a resource for families going through various kinds of struggles. It is the most rewarding when you can see them overcome their adversity and come out the other side even more prepared for life’s problems." Her commitment to helping others navigate difficult situations is truly inspiring.
With over ten years of experience working with community services, Megan brings a valuable perspective to Codington Connects and her community. Her deep understanding of local resources and ability to support various projects contribute to the success of many initiatives. "I am able to provide insight and support on different projects to help make them successful," Megan explains. Her expertise helps strengthen the network of services available to our community, ensuring individuals and families receive the assistance they need.
We are grateful for Megan’s dedication and the positive impact she continues to make in our community. Thank you, Megan, for your hard work and commitment to serving others!
